Q. How can I get a refund for purchsed credit?
A. Only in the case that you have not yet used the credits are eligible to receive a refund.
Once you have sent a meeting request or accepted a meeting request or recommended match that credit is considered used and cannot be refunded. If there is not mutual acceptance (agreement to meet) the credit can still be reused and won't get deducted from your account but won't be refunded.

Q. If I purchase credits, is there a limit to the time period that I can use them?
A. Credit will be valid for three months from date of purchase and will expire if unused by this time. Expired credits will automatically be removed from member's account and are non-transferable to other members.

Q. What action can I take if another member cancels after mutual agreement to meet?
A. You can file a 'no-show' report (within one month of mutual match acceptance) against the other member, which will be displayed in his/her profile. However, Couple.net is not liable after mutual agreement and exchange of contact information has occurred, and credit cannot be refunded in this case.
'No-show' record can be removed only after confirmation of the member who filed the report.

Q. How can I increase my profile reliability rating?
A. You can increase your score by submitting background documents for verification (proof of single status, proof of education level, and proof of employment) from My Profile > Profile Reliability Points section. Submitted documents are subject to review, and if approved, reliability points will be added accordingly within 24 business hours.

Q. How do I retrieve Usename/Password?
A. If you do not remember your username and password go to the Couple.net website > Login > FIND USERNAME/PW.

Q. How do I close my account?
A. You must close account yourself by going to:
Couple.net > Customer Support > Click ‘Terminate Account’ button in the bottom of the page.
After terminating account, you must wait at least a week before attempting to rejoin. Upon account termination all credits will become invalid and will not be refunded.

Q. I have closed my account previously. How can I reactivate my account?
A. According to Couple.net Privacy Policy terms, profile information is stored and kept on record for 1 year after account termination date.
Registered profile information is kept confidential and won't be accessible to other members.

You can reopen your account by going to 'Customer Support' > Reopen Account'
(Note: You must wait at least 1 week after termination date to reopen your account.)
