Online Event Advantages
1. Independence and Privacy
Online events provide the opportunity to meet many people without the pressure of a group setting.
2. Convenience
Unlike offline events, which occur at a specific time and place, online events occur over a period of a week and are entirely web-based, allowing participants to join at any time from any location as long as they have access to the Internet.
3. Cost
Online events are offered at a lower cost than offline events because there are no fees for Food, Event Facilities or Event Staff.
Procedures
1. Event starts at 0:00 EST and continues for 1 week.
2. View Participant Profiles: Go to MY PAGE > Send Event Mtg Requests > View Profiles
3. You can send an unlimited number of meeting requests during the event period.
4. Sending Meeting Requests: Go to MY PAGE > Send Event Mtg Requests > View Profiles > Click ‘Send Request’
5. Checking Sent or Received Meeting Requests:
Go to MY PAGE > Manage Event Mtg Requests > View Requests > Check your requests and submit responses > Meet up to 3 members
Important Notes
1. You can send meeting requests to the participants of the event and also any Couple.net online members who meet
the event’s eligibility criteria.
2. Participants can send meeting requests from 0:00 EST on the first day of the event period until 12 midnight on the last day.
Each participant is allowed to send unlimited meeting requests and to set up meetings with 3 participants.
3. You will be able to send a meeting request only if you set a main photo (Go to MY PAGE > MY PROFILE > ADD PHOTOS > Set photo as main)
    and submit your Full Profile Information.
4. Have access to other members' complete profiles including photo albums and be able to send unlimited Cupiding messages for a low monthly fee.

5. Cost of sending/accepting meeting requests is included in event fee.
Cancellation of Event Participation and Refund Policy
Before Event
  1. - Cancellation Of Participation 2 Weeks prior to Event – 80% refund
  2. - Cancellation Of Participation 1 Week prior to Event – 60% refund
  3. - Cancellation of participation up to 3 days prior to event - No refund but event credit
  4. - Cancellation without notification (no-show) - No refund
During Event
  1. - Only if you did not send or receive any meeting requests you are eligible to cancel your participation (Only during the online matching event period.)
  2. - The event fee will not be refunded but will be substituted with 1 Self-Matching credit.
  3. - To withdraw from the event, Go to MY PAGE > Manage Event Mtg Requests > View Requests > click 'Cancel' button, and you will receive 1 Self-Matching Credit.
  4. - No refund during or after the event.
Liability
1. Couple.net is not liable for any meetings between REGISTERED USERS OF its SERVICES or for any communication that occurs
between members after exchange of their contact information.
2. It is member’s responsibility to verify personal background information of all members matched by Couple.net.
3. Event schedule and program is subject to change.
