Member Profile Verification Guide

Couple.net's customer privacy protection policy ensures that any data provided for profile verification will be destroyed immediately after the verification. To ensure customer privacy as our top priority, personal contact information such as phone numbers and emails is encrypted.

Identity Verification: Need one of the following: Passport, National ID, or Driver's License

Education: If you are registering a profile with a college degree or higher,
A diploma or other proof of graduation is required (Not required for those with a high school diploma or lower).
If you live overseas and are unable to provide a diploma, you can submit a certificate of completion by email to the customer service center.

Occupation, Income, or financial ability: Upload one of the following: Proof of occupation, Financial Status, or Income proof (Not required for students).
Professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and accountants must submit their professional license.
Employed individuals must submit either a certificate of employment, pay stub, or other proof of employment.
Business owners must submit a business registration showing their name on it.
For Financial status, you must submit a copy of your bank statement or proof of property or assets’ ownership.

Freelancers and other independent contractors do not require any documentation.

Korean citizens and residents of Korea who use the VIP service must submit a family registry certificate. (However, parents who sign up on their children’s behalf are exempt from submitting this form.)

Payments can be made in USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, CNY, and JPY outside of Korea.
All international payments will be processed in USD (US Dollars).

Registration Fee(Annual) is valid for 1 year and your service will be activated immediately upon the receipt of the payment. Therefore, paid registration fee is not refundable.

Date fee (Pay later) : Payment upon sending out a date request for meeting after checking profile(Per person per time), Used for next date request if the other party does not accept, Refund possible if there is no meeting, No refund after contact information is mutually exchanged

Gold/Silver/VIP Can set your own preferences of your type in your search.

Riciprocal Self Searching, Couple.net AI matching, Couple Manager matching, Speed dating, value matching, and Character matching.

Check recommended partner profiles in My Matching (profile information is exchanged only one-on-one between matched partners).

When both partners accept the date request Pay a date fee of $50 Contact information is then exchanged. (Date fee is not required for VIP service)
If your date request is declined, the next match will be recommended periodically during the membership period.
