Without knowing, we tend to judge people when we meet people with the intention of marriage. Sometimes makes judgement after the first date, first conversation or something very trivial can trigger the early judgement.
For instance, this guy ordered a course meal on his first date to impress the lady however he was so nervous that he forgot the order of use for forks and spoons on the table. Then the lady noticed it and told him.
"Is this your first time having a course meal?" After that, he turned not very nice to her anymore but really, who was mean more at first? Did she really have to say that?
When we talk about "manners," do we mean that someone holding door for you or opening a car door for you? The real nice manners are about not making someone else feel awkward or uncomfortable. Some may be clumsy, or not so smooth, but if that person is trying their best for you, don't make them feel embarrassed at least.
Those who may not look polished or not so smooth on the outside are often very genuine inside and those are the ones that makes the best spouse. At first, people are drawn to flashy or outstanding people, but as time goes by, those you make you more comfortable will be remebered. Marriage isn't about polished table manners, it's about a person's character.
